Seeing that we got to go inside today I took the chance to grab a few pics.

Our handover has been booked for August 10th and our SS has confidence that this will happen, as long as all other parties play along.

One Big update!!

Due to a few things happening at the moment, here is one big update to cover quite a few things that have happened over the last week or so.

Water Tank and down pipes installed

 

Door Furniture installed.

Wet Area fittings installed

Changes - More electrical, Garage door installed, gas meter installed, more skirting done.

Minor updates

Got a chance to jump in with the help of a friend and run nearly 300m of data cable through the house.

They have also installed some extra support for us to hang our TV up on the wall.

Electrical Box and Gas Water Heater housing

The Electrical box and Gas water heater housing were installed during the last week.

Electrical Started

Whilst inspecting our completed roof we noticed the electrical work has been started. Once it is all in and complete I hope to be running some data cable through the house before they do the internal linings.

SS, Waffle Pods, Mesh and Plumbing

Wednesdays visit seen more progress on the slab work. We had delivery of the Waffle Pods and Rio Mesh and work has been done on the plumbing.

We have also had what I believe to be an earth cable show up.

We also received a phone call from our SS (J) introducing himself and advising of the progress and that he will be ordering the frame shortly. He said we should have a slab by the end of the week but I reckon early next week as the weather hasn't exactly been on our side.
