External Photos

Nothing much has happened build over the last week wise except for the finishing touches to the cosmetic things we found during the PCI, so I thought I would upload some external photos after the site fence has been removed.

Well Adam has nothing to do with it but our eves have been done. It is starting to look more and more like our home everyday.

Changes: Roof completed, Bricks Cleaned, internal Electrical's, Meter box installed

Roofing Complete!

"All the external colours seem to blend together quite nicely." This is what we were thinking when we arrived at our build today and noticed our Roof has been completed.

We have also booked an independent inspector to go through the house shortly. Thanks to all those who gave recommendations of who we could use.

Our bricks have been cleaned and show their proper colour now.

Changes: Bricking Complete, Roof Tiles Delivered, Roofing commenced, Gutters and fascia done.

Gutters And Fascia

Dropped by today to find the Guttering and Fascia Complete. Its interesting that there has been no communication from our site supervisor telling us of each stage being started or completed. At least the communication problem doesn't affect the work happening on site.

 

 

 

 

Bricking Complete

We were notified that our brickwork has been completed. It looks wonderful! next stop gutters, fascia and roof tiles.

Bricking Continues

I think we are at the halfway point with the bricks.

Our Kitchen window also showed up at the same time as our external door frames.
