Minor updates

Got a chance to jump in with the help of a friend and run nearly 300m of data cable through the house.

They have also installed some extra support for us to hang our TV up on the wall.

Well Adam has nothing to do with it but our eves have been done. It is starting to look more and more like our home everyday.

Electrical Box and Gas Water Heater housing

The Electrical box and Gas water heater housing were installed during the last week.

Electrical Started

Whilst inspecting our completed roof we noticed the electrical work has been started. Once it is all in and complete I hope to be running some data cable through the house before they do the internal linings.

Roofing Complete!

"All the external colours seem to blend together quite nicely." This is what we were thinking when we arrived at our build today and noticed our Roof has been completed.

We have also booked an independent inspector to go through the house shortly. Thanks to all those who gave recommendations of who we could use.

Our bricks have been cleaned and show their proper colour now.

Roofing continues...

A pleasant surprise today as I popped by our build and seen the progress on the roof tiles. Turn out I was worried about nothing when it came to the sarking.

Roof Tiles Delivered

Roof Tiles were delivered this afternoon. Love the colour. :-)

Roofing has commenced.

We dropped by to notice that the roofing has commenced. We are a little worried though as we think the sarking should have been put up before these timbers were installed. Can anyone clarify this for us? I will call our SS on Monday and hopefully there is no problems.

Gutters And Fascia

Dropped by today to find the Guttering and Fascia Complete. Its interesting that there has been no communication from our site supervisor telling us of each stage being started or completed. At least the communication problem doesn't affect the work happening on site.
